A Poppy for Poppie























My friend Meghan thoughtfully commissioned me
to paint a watercolor for her father in memory
of her grandfather. The poppy is an international
symbol for veterans - originating from the
poem Flander's Fields. Ironically, her family
also called him Poppie.
